Portrait Photography Services

Pricing:Portraits
$175 a session
Price includes:
- Two or more hours of photographer’s time at a location of your choice.
- A session of various types of portrait work from formal to candid and individual to family. We'll work together on this to make sure we're meeting your goals.
Note 1: For single-person sessions such as model portfolio building or senior portraits, a second location is allowed at no additional cost (see details below for limitations).
- A proof gallery to allow you to chose what you like best. Usually includes 60 or more photographs.
-No less than 5 fashion industry level retouched / fine art photographs will be posted to an online gallery along with a multimedia slideshow at this website that can be shared with family and friends.
Note: Gallery password protection available on request.
-CD or email with screen resolution copies of the photographs.
- Integrated ordering (à la carte) of print | novelty item | digital downloads. Anyone can order.
-No minimum printing/download purchase amounts required!
Details:
- Session price includes travel to any location within a 10-mile radius of Lithia, FL 33547. Locations just outside this range can be discussed.
- Outfit changes are permissible and encouraged for a greater variety of looks.
- Session time includes photographer to client(s) introduction, area scouting, site set-up, and any outfit changes.
- This photographer uses RAW file processing which ensures the highest quality resolution, color, dynamic range, and sharpness available. In essence, all image processing is done by hand by the photographer in a digital darkroom. The session fee pays for a lot of post-production work that high volume portrait studios cannot provide.
- Your photographs will be processed and posted to a gallery available for viewing within seven days of your session. You will be notified if this timeframe cannot be met.
Policies:
-Payment is due in within 7 days before your scheduled appointment in order to guarantee your reservation.
-Rescheduling: Should occur no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date. Current pricing can only be guaranteed for 30 days after your original appointment date.
-Cancellations (after payment received): Full amount will be returned to the client minus a $25 disengagement fee.
-Stephan Photography cannot guarantee the print quality for any photographs downloaded and printed elsewhere outside our website’s printing services. The printing agency we use provides only the best inks and print media to ensure that your precious photographs last for generations.
-Digital Download Purchases:
1MP = Best for web viewing and can print up to 4x6 prints
4MP = Best for up to 8x10 prints
Full Resolution (12/14MP) = Best for all but the largest sizes above 30x40 prints. Special requests for file sizes to support prints larger than 30x40 will be processed by Stephan Photography and sent via CD/DVD for free. We have the capability of enlarging photograph’s resolution up to 1,000% its original size.
